Sidra Medicine, Qatar University Deal To Train Future Healthcare Professionals

The Qatar University of Medicine signed an MoU with Sidra Drugs that work in the direction of coaching the next era of healthcare professionals.

QU shall be responsible for the supply of an undergraduate doctor coaching program, resulting in the award of the degree of Medical Doctor. This instructional program requires structured experimental coaching at authorized healthcare supply organizations.

Sidra Medicine will then recruit certified medical doctors in accordance with their requirements and provide them with the privileges to practice. Present at the signing was the Vice-President for Medical and Wellbeing Sciences and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at QU, Dr. Egon Toft, and CEO of Sidra Medication, Professor Robert Crone.

Dr. Toft stated, “From Qatar University applications, we’re generating the next generation of leaders of the Qatar healthcare sector. We’re grateful for the co-operation of Sidra Drugs in sharing our imaginative and prescient for excellence in the interprofessional wellbeing schooling and interdisciplinary wellbeing analysis. By coordinating with wellbeing players in Qatar, we’re permitting our students the opportunity to succeed.”

CEO of Sidra Medicines, Professor Robert Crone commented in the course of the signing saying, “The connection between QU and Sidra is important. Sidra is a member of the healthcare group in Qatar Foundation, to help not only world-class treatment for its sufferers but also to come as a platform for medical schooling for college students from QU as well as Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar.”
